Not worth the hassle

So, I had a really rough stay. Found bedbugs in my room, and there were long black hairs in the bed—gross! I tried getting help but the front desk was no help at all. I didn't get a refund after checking out at 6:15 am. The in-room breakfast was nice, but it didn't make up for the overall mess.

During our stopover, we loved the clean room and comfortable beds, and breakfast was a real treat with plenty of options. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long drive. The cozy lounge area was great for unwinding. The only hiccup was some confusion with our reservation, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyable stay. 😊

Decent spot for shopping in Oklahoma City with good value for money. The hot water ran warm, but it was okay overall.

Poor customer service from both.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty spacious and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. I liked that the room was clean and well maintained. However, the shower didn't really wow me, and I felt like the noise from the hallway was a bit distracting at times.

Tasted the magic of local fare at nearby Dhaba OKC—totally knocked my socks off! The indoor pool was a nice bonus for my family too.

Missed half our event because of it.
